Although we strive to produce the best results with the lowest out of pocket expenses for all of our very valued clients, we are forced to stipulate that there are a few municipalities that have drastically increased their search fees and we in turn are forced to honor them.We are assuming most of those price increments with the exception of the following few that we cannot honor our previous "flat fee" agreements.
